Phone screen by Recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a senior leader. The next step was an on-site interview with the local GM and site leadership, including a tour. The final step was a phone interview with a director.

The interview was casual, and the recruiter was easy to talk to. They allowed me to ask a lot of questions and gave me a very detailed look into what I would be doing as an employee at the company.

Decent and easygoing, the interview was basically on my background and my experiences. They wanted to know my interests, my undergrad skills, and how much I am in touch with my previous education.
