Going for another year with THD. So far, my experience at THD has been awesome.
All people demonstrate and live the company values. As for the job portion, it is very demanding, with a high quality of work that needs to be delivered.
Max 2-3 years of exposure. For engineering, it is a little hard to continue a path within the company.

The interview was well, a lot of things were talked about. It was quick and to the point, very informal. No dress code. Only you and the employer. They ask a couple questions and tell you about the role and the benefits.
