Recruiter screening and a virtual interview with a hiring manager and a tech lead. The hiring manager went through my resume line by line and asked to describe my experience. Recruiter was engaging at first but ghosted when I followed up.

A pretty straightforward first interview. The initial interview is to ask about work experience and tech stack questions to get a better idea if you are a good fit for the role they're hiring for.
