It was a simple process. I received an email weeks after applying to select a date for the interview. It was done virtually with the hiring manager as well as a senior software engineer.

Unorthodox format, however, led to a less stressful interview environment. I liked how they did this group process. They tested on how well others can work together, as well as technical knowledge.

I interviewed through a recruiter. It was a 1-hour technical video call. The interviewers were nice and cooperative. The interview process was: first 30 minutes were on resume and previous experience, and then a coding challenge.
