I applied for the Software Engineer internship and got an email saying they wanted to schedule an interview after a few weeks. The email also asked to fill out a Google Form, which I did. After waiting another 3+ weeks and reaching out to the recruiter multiple times, I got ghosted with no next steps.
Terrible experience. I used to be really excited about NYT, but the hiring process really turned me off to applying again, as I saw it as a reflection of what the company is like.
