The process was a two-round interview. Both rounds included two LeetCode questions for SQL and Python, and they were very easy. The interview also included some basic behavioral questions about your resume, research, and projects, which tested whether you are suitable for this position.

Cons: Data BP leaders hand-picked their favorite employees and only gave those individuals opportunities. PIPs are common, with 20% of the team optimized into PIPs every quarter. There's no career growth if you are non-Chinese. Also, the toxic culture here pressures you to work overtime every day.
