Worst experience ever. They took months to update me on the process, telling me that I had only three rounds of interviews when I completed a total of four. I had to send more than four follow-up emails for them to respond. In the end, they didn't give me an offer or at least feedback after the significant time I spent with them. Very disappointing. TikTok needs to organize its company and establish a specific process for what they are looking for before deciding to open new positions.
