Pros

A fun and healthy working environment where everyone respects and hears each other out, regardless of age and seniority. Lots of learning packages to help you grow within the company. You can make friends from multi-cultural backgrounds, as it is a worldwide company. Good salary package.

Cons

Since it is a very fast-growing company, the company keeps hiring talent. However, in some positions where expertise is needed, the company keeps looking for experience instead of skill, although there are skillful in-house talents. Hence, some sites took a lot of time to grow and stabilize due to new hires taking time to adapt.

Advice to Management

Make a fair mix of in-house talent versus newly hired experienced workers. Right now, the ratio is higher for newly hired ones instead of grooming in-house talent.

Although the company is preparing a program to groom in-house leaders, some sites suffer due to leaders not adapting to company policies yet.
