Rewards program, bonus, and compensation, totally out of the development of the human resources. Focusing only in quality. Rewarding the bare minimums and punishing the soft-skill leaders who are trying to cover their flaws as humans.

Rewards: You can't stop the oversharing of amounts or performance review results. You might as well clear the air with transparent rewards and how you base the results when there's an obvious pay gap between employees.
