Health insurance, free meal, hybrid job.

Cons

Rewards program, bonus, and compensation, totally out of the development of the human resources. Focusing only in quality. Rewarding the bare minimums and punishing the soft-skill leaders who are trying to cover their flaws as humans.

Advice to Management
  1. Transparent Communication: Improve internal communication for better employee engagement and understanding.

  2. Training & Development: Invest in training programs to empower employees and encourage continuous learning.

  3. Work-Life Balance: Promote healthy work-life balance and consider flexible work arrangements.

  4. Diversity & Inclusion: Foster an inclusive workplace with diverse policies and awareness training.

  5. Leadership Training: Enhance leadership skills through training for effective team management.

  6. Rewards: You can't stop the oversharing of amounts or performance review results. You might as well clear the air with transparent rewards and how you base the results when there's an obvious pay gap between employees.
