The process began with a phone screen with an incredibly amicable recruiter. They were very warm and inviting, even over the phone.
Next, I had a phone interview with an engineer. During this interview, I discussed my background and then solved an OOP problem using Codepad.
Finally, I was invited onsite for further interviews. I spoke with multiple people during the onsite portion.
Two of the interviews focused on design, and two involved coding problems. The design interviews were relatively challenging for me; they asked about my previous projects and work, delving into one of them to discuss its creation.
