In February 2015, I was first phone interviewed by a xiaoge and then followed by an onsite interview. The office was nice. Free food and free drinks were provided. It was a nice workplace.
Questions
Get unique IPs from a big file. The expected answer is to use Linux commands and pipes, such as AWK, etc.

Cons: Managers are the worst, especially mid-level managers. Beware of mid-level managers' egos. If they don't like you, you're fired, no questions asked.
