Applied online and the recruiter contacted me within a day.
I must say this was the worst interview experience ever. The recruiter was totally unprofessional and called in the evening to set up the interview.
I don't think the data team is experienced enough.

Pros: I used to be able to say "small team, big impact," but that was all burned to the ground three months ago.
Cons: Incompetent leadership.
Political middle managers.
No product vision.
Too many days in a toxic, political office.
No actual learning from past failures; just a rush to the next one.

Pros: Good team, newer technology, and a lot of room to learn and shine.
Cons: Managers are the worst, especially mid-level managers. Beware of mid-level managers' egos. If they don't like you, you're fired, no questions asked.
