Pros: I used to be able to say "small team, big impact," but that was all burned to the ground three months ago.
Cons: Incompetent leadership.
Political middle managers.
No product vision.
Too many days in a toxic, political office.
No actual learning from past failures; just a rush to the next one.

Pros: Good team, newer technology, and a lot of room to learn and shine.
Cons: Managers are the worst, especially mid-level managers. Beware of mid-level managers' egos. If they don't like you, you're fired, no questions asked.
