The process took a couple of months.

I started by meeting them at my college.

I went through four interviews with no onsite component. They extended an offer to me via email afterward.

Questions

They asked me general coding questions.

The last one was making a poker game.

I made a good amount of mistakes since I'm not very familiar with OOP, but it was fine.

Cons: Incompetent leadership. Political middle managers. No product vision. Too many days in a toxic, political office. No actual learning from past failures; just a rush to the next one.

Cons: Managers are the worst, especially mid-level managers. Beware of mid-level managers' egos. If they don't like you, you're fired, no questions asked.
