Good web and pay, benefits.
Political and slow text to work with.
The process first started with a technical phone screen, followed by an onsite interview. The people I met seemed very nice, and I enjoyed our conversations. The coding interview wasn't overly difficult, though a language-specific question was asked.
The process is as follows: * Start with an HR phone call. * Then, a coding session (1 hour) with one or more engineers. * Continue with a long virtual onsite with several sessions (3.5-4 hours). * Lastly, a hiring manager interview (30 mins)
They called me, and we chatted about languages and their business plan. They seemed like great people to work for, but the profiles on their site were all very LA. I didn't think I would fit in, so I didn't pursue the process too far.
