Ghost recruiters!

For the second time, I had my CV evaluated, and they sent me an email requesting an appointment for an interview. After that, they disappeared!

This is the result of HR mismanagement. If candidates are treated like this in recruitment, I cannot say what will happen later.

Questions

The approach should be reviewed urgently. It is understandable that the company receives several applications, but candidates should be treated with respect, even if it is at the first contact.

Pros: The company still has a good legacy and inclusive culture. People you work with are very nice, and you don't have much pressure. Some working objects are super cool.

Cons: The new leadership team is a brutal machine. They brought a lot of political stuff into the company, and the whole atmosphere is changing top-down.

Pros: Lunch 3 days a week. Good location in the Grand Canal Dock area. Nice river view (only from a few desks). Lots of benefits (insurance, dental, gym, education, etc.).

Cons: Headquarters is in Boston, US, so most of the engineers work with a remote team. This can be challenging sometimes and may limit your career opportunities within the company.
