The interview process included two phone technical interviews followed by an onsite interview in Newton. During the onsite, there were two technical interviews, a 15-minute discussion on cultural fit with the VP, and a brief chat with a recruiter at the end.

Pros: Lots of excellent people, mostly nondysfunctional work culture, tons of perks: free parking, free food, attractive and comfortable building, flexible hours.
Cons: The main office is far from public transit.
Company-provided shuttle buses don't work well in Boston traffic.
There's no on-site childcare.

Pros: Extremely talented and passionate people, who you'll be working with at the company. Perks such as free lunch every day of the week and an office gym are fantastic too.
Cons: In my opinion, there is a high degree of power distance at the company that management should address.
