I applied online. I was asked to do a code review for a case study... they were all like "There is no perfect solution." I submitted, and they said, "No, we don't want you." I wish I could have gotten better feedback on what I did wrong, though, because honestly, it was not a difficult task, but apparently, the direction I took the case study in was not appealing.
