I had an interview with HR via Skype. The HR representative mentioned they had a good impression of me and planned to send a case study to evaluate my programming skills.
After submitting the case study, I received a response after four days. It was a copy-pasted rejection, stating that they could not provide detailed information about the decision.
Overall, the feedback was positive. My only recommendation is to avoid generic, copy-pasted rejections. If candidates take the time to be evaluated, it's only fair to take a few minutes to explain the reasons for rejection. We are human beings, not machines, and we want to learn from our mistakes.
