This was a very long process, lasting over six months.
I had various Skype interviews:
The feedback was good. After two to three months, I inquired about the status. They invited me to Düsseldorf and paid for my plane ticket.
I had a four to five-hour interview, conducted in three sessions, again with the tech team, a Scrum Master, and the CTO. All seemed positive, but another two months passed.
Then, I had another phone discussion with the Scrum Master, followed by more time.
When I inquired again, the decision had been passed to an associate and then back to the CTO.
Finally, they made an offer, but it was below what I had requested in our initial discussions, so I refused.
Overall, the process was a little messy.
Discussion about patterns.
