The pay is decent, and coworkers are generally nice.
There are way too many managers, all bickering for no reason. Lots of long and unnecessary meetings, 50-60 hour work weeks. There is no overtime. Several departments are on-duty for Saturdays.
Hire more people, raise salaries (especially if not going to give overtime).
Multi-interview process, mostly over Skype. Some had a translator to facilitate with personnel from Taiwan; others were with domestic/US employees. Overall positive and not super technical. Mostly interpersonal skills/behavior-based questions.
Behavioral questions and asked if I was willing to work overnight shifts. Interviewers were nice and showed interest in my experiences. Did not get a second round offer. Overall experience was good.
Questions about the company. Hardly any technical questions. Mostly just, "What do you know about us?" A hard-to-understand Taiwanese individual. It's alright; I didn't want to be overworked by them anyway. Best of luck to anyone being hired.
