Pros: Always encouraging you to learn. Process engineering is a way better culture and learning, in my opinion.
Cons: Very intense work culture. It is hard to switch between teams after being hired.

Pros: People are honest and they don't care about being seen a certain way. They act around you genuinely and say what they are thinking. It's super easy to make friends because of this. Also, the pay is good.
Cons: Stressful and demanding at times because there are issues everyday with the machines.
