Pros: Always encouraging you to learn. Process engineering is a way better culture and learning, in my opinion.
Cons: Very intense work culture. It is hard to switch between teams after being hired.

Good opportunity to work with great minds.
Cons: A lot of hard work. They seem to lure the interns with a false sense of what the company may offer in terms of flexibility, but it's not like that as a full-time employee.
