Pros

Relatively well-paid job, but that's it.

Cons

Passive-aggressive communication among peers prevents people from focusing at work, and it makes a lot of engineers feel frustrated. Most US trainees feel frustrated with their training done in Chinese, and their training progress is heavily dependent on the F18 buddy, not individual engineer capabilities. PMD is very vaguely judged and questionable. Employees have had a lot of issues with HR during their move to Taiwan.
