A huge company keeps growing, yet every employee works as a tiny screw
Huge company, big challenge of coordinating stuff, learning from doing. Salary is above normal.
Time wasting through negotiation between different sections, doing none of the little benefit work. This takes too much time from your life.
Training is needed, and there's always a need for it. There are too many self-invented systems that engineers would need to be trained to use. There are no signs or views for promotion because too many employees, like you, are waiting.

Questions about the company. Hardly any technical questions. Mostly just, "What do you know about us?" A hard-to-understand Taiwanese individual. It's alright; I didn't want to be overworked by them anyway. Best of luck to anyone being hired.
