Micromanaging, scope-creep, disrespect, narcissism, unreasonable, ridiculous, unrealistic, uncooperative, untrained, defunct – miscommunication, discontent, yelling, bickering, survival, hopelessness. These are all words that describe this place and one's personal experience, especially these past months with changes that come with the name change from WaferTech to TSMC Washington.
Get a grasp on reality. You cannot greatly increase standards, expectations, and overall workload of an already difficult job with no additional compensation or manpower and expect people to be happy with it. There are fundamental differences between WaferTech and TSMC HQ. People are starting to quit; the writing is on the wall.
