TSMC Interview Experiences
Equipment Engineer
I applied online. The process took 1 week. It was an hour-long interview. There was a mid-level equipment engineer with two higher-up engineers. They mostly asked some behavioral questions and talked about my experience and resume.
EUV Engineer
There will be a phone call, mainly discussing my background and some personal situations. They want to make sure the candidate will stay long, as the turnover is quite high there. I think they will hire right away if the candidate is suitable.

Interview consisted of introductions, followed by behavior and situational questions. Make sure to have stories for general behavior questions prepared about your experiences and projects. No technical questions were asked. Two engineering manager
