I spoke with a Twilio recruiter over the phone after a couple of message exchanges via LinkedIn. The call lasted about 30 minutes, during which we shared information about the job, the company, and my current roles and responsibilities. I realized the job was more geared towards sales than engineering, and that was the end of the phone call.
