Process
I applied for the Software Engineer role and was called for an interview.
I had two phone interviews. I was asked to code in CoderPad, and the first round was easy.
The interviewer for the second round hardly paid attention, and I received a rejection email later.
It was one of the poorest interviews I've had. The questions were standard data structure questions, and it was one of the easiest interviews I had ever experienced. However, the question was not tough, but his attitude made me uncomfortable.

Pros: Awesome people! Hands down the best people I have worked for until now. The CEO and the company on the whole are very energetic, which makes you feel that your contributions actually matter. Definitely do not miss a chance to work here! People here think from the perspective of customer experience and actually strive to make it better (one of their core principles). I have never seen any company take this as seriously as Twilio does.
Cons: I cannot think of one, but if I have to say something, I would maybe wish to have better employee benefits, such as better health insurance, commuter checks, etc.

Good Managers, Messy Teams

Pros: Decent pay, perks, and benefits.
Good managers.
Twilio has done really a lot to make sure employees are comfortable and looked after during this crisis.
Cons: Glass ceiling for people of color and females (it's the same everywhere, so not really a con).
The interview process is messed up. You may not end up in the team which interviewed you.
Teams within Twilio don't seem to work in cohesion. Lots of parallel initiatives with no focus, product priorities misaligned.

Pros: The company has laid off thrice in less than 1.5 years. Employees are paying the price for wrong decisions taken by management.
Cons: - No work-life balance.
- Always on-call.
- Work is decided on a quarterly basis. No company roadmap or vision is available even for half of the year. Management is pivoting a lot.
