Pros

The culture at Twilio promotes a very healthy environment, which leads to very good relationships with the rest of the employees. The people are definitely the best perk. They also used to take care of employees with very great perks such as coaching, mental health assistance, etc.

Cons

They are not entirely implementing agile methodologies. There are constant changes in priorities. It's like they don't know how to handle changes in the environment. Actually, the company is still not profitable, and it is in a very bad position in the current macroeconomic situation.
