The company has good culture and ethics. The interviews are quite hard, which would make your peers quite intelligent. The managers are quite helpful in providing a flexible working environment. There were a lot of org changes, but with managers' support, you will be able to navigate through those hard times.
The org changes and layoffs took some toll on the company's morale. Work-life balance is not that great and can take a toll if you can't multitask. Lots of architecture reviews happen only during US hours, and hence you may need to work late nights a few times a week.
