Process
It was easy, not difficult. It went well. They asked general questions regarding my field. I answered almost everything. It's been four weeks, and I haven't heard back. I hope to hear back from them soon.

Pros: Nice company. Competent engineering team.
Cons: Nothing special. No company is perfect. This one does the same as the others and lays off when needed.

Amazing Onboarding, Zero Cons
Backend Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: The onboarding process starts before the first day, when Typeform sends an email detailing how your first days will be. It also sends you everything you need related to your work (laptop, keyboard, etc.) and a box with merchandising.
Once the day arrives, you turn on your computer and automatically install everything you need.
Overall, the general onboarding takes three days. The "employee engagement specialists" are in charge of helping with everything you need (Kasia and Pep are the best ❤️). They have prepared a Trello board with all the steps you have to do and attend every day.
The company has incredibly well-documented every aspect of it.
Kudos for that and keep doing like that!
Cons: It has been a short time, so no cons so far.
