NodeJs Interview Experience - Barcelona, Spain

January 1, 2016
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Very fast.

  1. 15-minute call
  2. Live coding session

The live coding session was after 4 p.m. I experienced a lot of noise from their office.

The interviewers said my responses were not good, but they weren't able to solve the problems either. The third problem they presented was wrong.

In the first call, I spoke with someone who seemed to be on their first day of work. I have used Typeform in the past and thought it was a good place to work.

Questions

Practical test:

  1. JavaScript object contexts, apply-bind.
  2. FizzBuzz (Remember 5 * 3 % == 0).
  3. JavaScript Promises.
