Senior Frontend Engineer Interview Experience - Turkey
Process
The process consisted of 4 stages.
First was a short call with HR to understand the motives behind the job search and why Typeform.
Next was a System Design interview, an open-ended discussion about introducing a new piece of technology to the company.
After that, a nice pair programming session with two developers on a simplified version of their product.
Finally, a behavioral part with the Director of Engineering.
After each stage, I received feedback and a summary of all stages in the end.
