Process
Full day interview with several future colleagues and hiring manager. The interview also involved pair programming. The first session was about implementing a data structure (HashMap). The second session was about previous experience and discussing decisions I made on a previous project. After lunch, there was a session about system design, and after that was a pair programming session on the application, which I had made as a test submission.

Pros: Fast-paced, challenging work environment.
Opportunity to work on big things which are changing cities and the way of life of millions of people.
Cons: If you're not into fast-paced, challenging work environments, this might not be the place for you. The talent bar is very high, and so are expectations.

Pros: Big company, you get good compensation and really good benefits.
Software development culture is enjoyable and growth-oriented.
Good values like honesty and ethics are really important for them.
Definitively a good place to work.
Cons: As the company is big, work comes in waves. Sometimes you do not have a lot, and sometimes you have tons.
Also, you may feel your visibility dissipated because of how big the company is. In their defense, they are trying to avoid this, but they still have work to do.
This last one is also true for "leveling." Meaning, working at Uber, you feel the "levels" they have a little bit. They are trying to avoid that, but are still working on it.

Pros: The mobile codebase still holds good quality.
Some engineering coworkers can be quite supportive.
Cons: Terrible org management, too much politics.
Some PMs can be laughable as they know nothing about the product but position themselves as "experts".
The company doesn't care about people. HR is outsourced and doesn't care about you at all; they just love closing supporting tickets.
