The recruiter was very good and moved things quite quickly.
First round was a managerial interview with very standard questions, such as management philosophy and 'Why Dropbox?'
Second round was technical, where I had to code on HackerRank. The question was very simple: swap the values in a linked list.

There never is a dull moment, as everybody is pumped to change the world.
Cons: There's so much to do that it's tough to choose what to work on.

Pros: Everything, almost. The culture, the pay, the perks, the learning, day-to-day tech challenges... just too good.
Cons: Nothing as such. WLB could be slightly better during COVID.
