Pros: Quality-oriented developments. Interesting challenges. Good workload, enough to stay entertained and feel productive, but not too much to neglect your personal life. The environment is pleasant and the teams are made up of highly experienced, intelligent, and knowledgeable individuals. The vast majority are always willing to share their knowledge and support you. They are open to suggestions. There is opportunity for professional growth. Use of good tools and methodologies. Good communication is maintained regarding business direction, its objectives, and the achievements of different teams. They have shown a genuine interest in the well-being of all of us who work at Uber.

Cons: In the hiring process, there was a lot of uncertainty, as a lot of time would pass without receiving updates or responses about the status of the process. Exceptionally, due to the current COVID-19 situation, I have had a lot of uncertainty about remote work and relocation.

Pros: A company with a high level, both professionally and in terms of human capital. Very flexible.

Cons: I consider that for the moment there are no obvious disadvantages.

Pros: Good benefits: * Shares * Health insurance * Paid time off

Cons: There were not real values applied within the team. There was too much micromanagement and rework because the code requires refactoring twice or more times because of bad design. There were urgencies that weren't required. Communication was poor, using finger-pointing.
