Good communication is maintained regarding business direction, its objectives, and the achievements of different teams. They have shown a genuine interest in the well-being of all of us who work at Uber.
In the hiring process, there was a lot of uncertainty, as a lot of time would pass without receiving updates or responses about the status of the process. Exceptionally, due to the current COVID-19 situation, I have had a lot of uncertainty about remote work and relocation.
