Process

The interview went very well!

I was interviewed by Cornershop by Uber (São Paulo, São Paulo). The interviewer presented the company, its evolution, and growth expectations.

He asked me to describe the benefits of my current company and then presented those of Cornershop.

Afterward, he asked me to introduce myself and talk about my professional career. He was a good listener and showed interest and admiration for my professional journey.

Next, he explained that the next step would be a technical challenge, which would be sent by email.

Two weeks after I submitted the technical challenge, I received a response that I had not progressed to the next stage because the test results were not as expected. This was quite disappointing.

It's a challenge that demands time and development hours. I fulfilled the checklist of what was requested, but I don't even know what didn't turn out as expected. It's the kind of process that doesn't help you grow; perhaps it just makes you more insecure, as you don't even know what mistakes you made.
