Cons: 1. Hire | Judge | Fire
2. EMs comfortably doing the work of scrum masters and not getting caught. If something goes wrong, hold the dev accountable and push him out!
3. No one helps others on the team; everyone is focused only on their own work.
4. Management fakes urgency, thinking, 'Let's push the team for the next few months and get the work done.' That's why they keep hiring.
5. Basically a cab company running on a large scale.
6. No research in terms of latest technology.

Lots of hands-off time to familiarize oneself with the stack and the systems.
Lots of new projects to work on.
