In this initial contact, they explained the entire process to me and scheduled a technical interview via Zoom. I had the interview with a very friendly person, who didn't make me nervous at any point. It was smooth, even though my solution wasn't very good, it was enough.
The following week, we scheduled a trip to São Paulo (I live in another state) to do the onsite interviews. Uber's process is one of the best organized I've ever gone through.
On one morning, 4 tests were conducted:
One of the tests was in Portuguese and the others in English.

In the behavioral part, there were generic questions like: what are your best qualities and worst flaws, why would you like to work at Uber, etc.
In the Android part, I had to do a code review of an app and then make a change to a list.
