Pros: Really excited people, fast-paced environment. Uber is extremely good at leveraging resources and hasn't fallen into the pattern of creating comfortable/lazy engineers like many other companies do at this level of success.
Cons: Falls for the same fallacies that everyone else in Silicon Valley falls for, most notably confirmation bias.
