The interview process was unclear, and the recruiters were not helpful regarding clarifying the rounds. For example, in one of the rounds, I was evaluated on a problem that had no relation to what the round was supposed to be.

Also, the recruiter seemed to stop providing any form of feedback after the interview rounds, once they decided that there was another probable candidate for the job role. In fact, the decision to not give me the offer was already made even before all the rounds were completed.

The interviewer panel was really nice otherwise, and I had some great discussions with them.
