I applied on the Uber website and received a call from HR within two days. The first step was a phone screen on HackerRank, where I was asked a graph-based question.

For the onsite interview, I was instructed to bring my laptop and complete coding questions on it.

Most of the interviewers were pleasant. However, one interviewer seemed overly focused on unnecessary details. They may have been frustrated that I didn't propose the solution they had in mind or expected me to recite a solution I had already read, rather than arriving at a logical solution independently.
