The interviewer was looking for very specific answers and did not care about any other solutions. It seems like a desperate effort to find something new that nobody had asked for yet, which resulted in a total waste of my time. Uber needs to get its hiring process straight, with approved questions in place, as any major high-tech company has.

Pros: I am still surprised how much impact I get to add to Uber and its mission to reinvent the workforce of today with technology. Right now, it's transportation, and I'm extremely proud of our values in delivering the absolute best transport with the best service and software.
The engineering culture is fantastic. It's very meticulous in design and architecture and an absolute execution machine when it comes to pulling things together. There's no place else I'd rather be right now.
Cons: It is tough seeing the PR of the company portrayed in the media swinging from good to bad constantly. Once the company matures a little in the market, it will make it all the more sweeter.
