They contacted me via LinkedIn to schedule an initial interview with HR. The initial phase was an interview with standard questions, about professional experience, English proficiency, work routine, etc.
The second phase was a technical interview in a "pair programming" model, using an online programming environment, to develop a mind-boggling algorithm, very much in the style of challenges found on platforms like Hackerrank or Leetcode.
