Process

The interview process included:

An online coding round with 2 graph problems and 1 optimization problem.
A coding interview featuring easy coding questions.
A problem-solving interview covering system design and coding questions.
An HR interview.

Overall, the process was very good, and I liked both the interview process and the questions asked.

Questions

Find a number in a sorted rows and columns matrix in linear time.

Several graph questions based on topics such as Dijkstra's algorithm, BFS, multisource BFS, and Trie questions.

The business directly touches the physical world instead of making money through ads. Projects have high impact. It's a hybrid between a startup and a large company. There are monthly Uber credits and free rides home from work late at night.

Cons: The company is currently caught in a negative press cycle that seems to feed itself. Offices are not as nice as Google or Facebook (at least until the new HQ is built). Work hours are in the 50-60 hours per week range instead of the 30-35 hours per week range at Google/Facebook.
