Process

The interview process consisted of four steps:

  • Phone screening with a recruiter.
  • Technical phone interview with an engineering manager and an engineer.
  • A one-week take-home coding assignment.
  • An on-site interview session at the Amsterdam HQ, lasting five hours.

I unfortunately failed one of the on-site interviews, as I needed more practice with shared screen coding, which was a new experience for me. All the interviewers were very pleasant, and overall, the experience was great.

Two days after the on-site interview, I received a phone call from the recruiter. They provided feedback, explained the rejection, and suggested reapplying in six months.
