Process
The phone call interview felt awkward throughout. The interviewer didn't sound experienced, and his infrequent speaking left me unsure of what to make of the situation.
The coding test was standard, conducted through an online editor. It was unusual that I was allowed to use any resources I needed.
However, a negative aspect was the editor's inability to compile, which led to repeated segfaults that I couldn't debug in time.
