A day or so after I applied, a recruiter reached out for a phone screen. Then I passed an OA, and then I did the first-round technical interview, which was a LeetCode Hard that I failed (unsurprisingly to me).

Pros: Highly technical projects, good colleagues, and good pay.
Cons: Uber is consistently cutting costs and exerting performance pressure on employees. This is killing morale and not a good sign for growth.
